Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After preparation begins, cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The order arrived damaged
  • The product quality does not meet our standards

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos if applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information
  • Products consumed or partially consumed

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
